Bienvenidos a Casa Louise! In the south of Gran Canaria, in the heart of Puerto Rico, this brand new apartment for 4 people is located within walking distance of the beach. Only 25 minutes by car from the airport will take you to another world.
The stylishly furnished apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony.

There is a large communal swimming pool on the complex. There are also sun beds and an outdoor shower at the pool.
Casa Louise is located right in the middle of Puerto Rico. It is also within walking distance of the beach. Ideal for beach lovers.

The price depends on the season, the length of the stay and the number of persons.
- The apartment is located in an apartment complex that is closed off with a gate.
- The accommodation is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbors are strictly prohibited.
- BBQ is not allowed
- In Spain, the landlord is required to collect a number of details from the guest in order to be allowed to rent out the house. The tenant will receive a form upon arrival and is required to fill it in.
- For check-ins after 23:00 there is a surcharge of 50 euros and you must contact us for the possibilities.
- Puerto Rico is a lively place with many bars and restaurants. Music from the center can be heard all over Puerto Rico on some nights. Light sleepers are advised to bring earplugs.
- For bookings of 14 days or longer, extra cleaning including change of bed linen and towels is mandatory (€100). Once every 10 days. The final cleaning on the day of check-out has already been paid for when booking.
