If you want to book as a group of friends, you are expected to contact us first. The main booker must be at least 35 years old, have good reviews and we ask for an additional deposit.

Welcome to Casa Linc! In the south of Gran Canaria, in the heart of Puerto Rico at the bottom of the valley, you will find this completely renovated apartment for 7 people. Only 25 minutes by car from the airport will take you to another world.
The stylishly furnished apartment is brand new and has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and two balconies.
Between the photos is a floor plan with the layout of the house. There is a communal swimming pool on the complex with a view of the city of Puerto Rico. There are also sun beds and an outdoor shower at the pool.
Casa Linc is located right in the middle of Puerto Rico. It has a magical view of the city and from the balcony you can admire both the sunrise and the sunset.

The price depends on the season, length of stay and number of guests.
- The apartment is located in an apartment complex that is closed off with a gate.
- The accommodation is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbors are strictly prohibited.
- BBQ is not allowed
- In Spain, the landlord is required to collect a number of details from the guest in order to be allowed to rent out the house. The tenant will receive a form upon arrival and is required to fill it in.
- For check-ins after 23:00 there is a surcharge of 50 euros and you must contact us for the possibilities.
- Puerto Rico is a lively place with many bars and restaurants. Music from the center can be heard all over Puerto Rico on some nights. Light sleepers are advised to bring earplugs.
- For bookings of 14 days or longer, extra cleaning including change of bed linen and towels is mandatory (€100). Once every 10 days. The final cleaning on the day of check-out has already been paid for when booking.
